Privacy policy
In connection with the processing of personal data by HypeDress s.r.o. as the controller, we hereby provide the person whose personal data we process (hereinafter the “data subject”) with information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”).

Under Art. 6(1) of the Regulation, the legal basis for processing personal data is, as standard, compliance with the controller’s legal obligation; processing necessary for handling an enquiry, order or contract to which the data subject is a party, or for taking steps at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract; the legitimate interest of the controller, namely the protection of the rights and legally protected interests of SPORTIKA GROUP s.r.o.; or the data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose (marketing, loyalty programme, competitions).

HypeDress s.r.o. is entitled to process the personal data of data subjects for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, order or contract to which the data subject is a party.
The retention period of personal data after the end of the processing period is determined by the length of the general or contractually agreed limitation period under the Civil Code, for the purpose of protecting and exercising rights and legitimate interests arising from the contract or from pre-contractual legal acts with the data subject. For personal data that are mandatory statutory elements of accounting and tax documents, it is determined by the period laid down by law for the retention of accounting and tax documents under special laws for the purposes of inspection by state authorities.
Where consent has been given, personal data may only be processed for the period for which consent was granted.
The security of personal data processing is ensured by the controller’s technical (mechanical and electronic) means, including the duty of confidentiality of persons involved in the processing, and is also secured by legal documents and anchored in the internal regulations of HypeDress s.r.o. Security measures are regularly reviewed and checked, and the personal data protection system is evaluated.
No automated individual decision-making or profiling will be carried out on the basis of the data provided.

These rights of the data subject are specified in more detail in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. The data subject exercises these rights in accordance with the Regulation and other applicable legislation. The data subject may exercise their rights vis-à-vis HypeDress s.r.o. by written request or by electronic means. If the data subject requests that the information be provided orally, it may be provided in this way provided that the data subject has proven their identity.
The controller will handle the data subject’s suggestions and requests free of charge. Where the Regulation permits, the controller is entitled in individual cases to request reasonable reimbursement of costs.
