PRODUCTION PROCESS – 7 STEPS
STEP 1: MEETING AND CONSULTATION
We listen to your story
Your personal account manager comes straight to you — to the club, to the pitch or wherever suits you. Together we go through your idea, help you choose materials and advise on the cut. For individual athletes we work online — write to us and we’ll advise you within 24 hours.

STEP 2: GRAPHIC DESIGN AND 3D VISUALISATION
Your idea takes shape
Our designers prepare a 3D design of your clothing, which you can comment on and adjust until it’s perfect. You see exactly what the final product will look like before we make a single piece.
We don’t limit the number of revisions. YOU approve the graphic design — until you give the green light, we won’t cut a single centimetre of fabric.
STEP 3: PRINTING AND SUBLIMATION
Colours that won’t fade
We print your approved design on state-of-the-art sublimation printers onto top-quality sublimation paper. Then, on Italian sublimation presses, we use high heat to sublimate the colour directly into the fabric. The result? Colours and designs that won’t fade even after dozens of washes.
Sublimation printing isn’t a print on the surface — the colour is infused directly into the fibres of the fabric. It doesn’t crack, peel or lose colour.
STEP 4: CUTTING
Precise cuts, precise panels
We cut the fabric into individual panels with an electric saw exactly according to digital patterns. Each panel is prepared to fit together to the millimetre.
Digital patterns guarantee that every garment in the same size is identical — no deviations between pieces.
STEP 5: SEWING
Hands that give clothing its soul
Our seamstresses sew the sublimated fabric panels into the finished product. We sew exclusively on state-of-the-art sewing machines, with premium HAGAL elastic threads and premium YKK zips. But even the best machines can’t replace the skilled hands of our seamstresses, who put their skill and heart into every seam.
HAGAL elastic threads ensure that seams don’t burst during movement and the clothing keeps its shape. YKK zips are the global standard — used by brands such as Arc'teryx and The North Face.
STEP 6: FINAL INSPECTION AND PACKAGING
Every piece has a name
Every single garment undergoes a final quality inspection — we check the seams, dimensions, colours and overall finish. Only then is it carefully packed and ready to travel to you.
This isn’t assembly-line production. Every order has its own digital card that we track from receipt to dispatch. We know exactly where your piece is at every moment
STEP 7: DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
To you – quickly and personally
We deliver the goods by courier, or your account manager brings them personally to the address of your choice. For clubs with larger orders, we arrange personal handover directly at the club.
