03 — How we work together
From first contact
to the first training session in your new kit
Consultation and design
Fill in the form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. We’ll go through colours, logos and your team’s needs and prepare a quote.
Sample and approval
You can check colours and cut on a size sample lent from our workshop — free of charge. If you also want to see your own design on a finished piece, we’ll prepare a reference sample at production cost, which we’ll deduct from your first order.

We sew and deliver on time. At the same time, we launch your own branded section where members and fans order merch themselves — no hassle for the club.
04 — How the sample works
Your peace of mind
before a big order
Size sample
Need to check the cut and sizes? We’ll lend you a finished piece from one of our club designs — in exactly the same cut and material your team would have. Return it to us within 10 days, free of charge.
Reference sample with your design
Want to see your own colours, logo and lettering on a finished piece? We’ll prepare a reference sample based on your design — real sublimation, real sewing. We’ll deduct the full amount from the invoice for your first order if it’s placed within 30 days.

We’ll prepare the sample in one size of your choice; we can add further sizes or types of clothing on the same terms. This is standard practice in custom production — a sample with your own design is a separate piece made specially for your club, not taken from existing stock.
