How do I choose the right size?

Every product comes with a size chart listing the exact measurements in centimetres. We recommend not guessing your size, but measuring your chest, waist and hips with a tape measure and comparing them with the chart. I have an atypical figure — what if no standard size fits me?

This is exactly why we exist. We sew in our own workshop in Slovakia, so we can adjust the cut to your measurements — a longer or wider torso, broader shoulders, shorter legs. Order a made-to-measure adjustment for just €5 and you can be sure the clothing will fit you. We will then call you and agree on the adjustment.

What is your clothing made of?

Functional materials - we source knitted fabrics from European textile manufacturers, zippers from the Japanese company YKK, elastic threads from the Czech manufacturer HAGAL and elastic bands from the Czech brand PEGA. These are components that professional brands use too — and they are the reason our pieces last for seasons, not months.

How long do the print and colour last?

With sublimation printing, which we use to make our clothing, the colour is part of the fibre, not a layer on the surface — so it doesn't peel or crack. If you follow the washing instructions, it lasts for the entire life of the garment - it is simply indestructible.

Where is your clothing made?

In Slovakia, in our own workshop. We are not a reseller putting our logo on goods from Asia — we design the cuts, buy the materials and sew the pieces ourselves. This means we guarantee the quality directly, not through three links of a supply chain.

Why is Slovak production more expensive?

Because we pay Slovak wages, buy European materials and carry out quality control on every single piece, not on a statistical sample. The price difference is real and we won't pretend otherwise — but there is also a difference in how many seasons the piece will last you and how it fits.

Do you have goods in stock, or do you sew only after an order?

With a few exceptions, we sew our goods - clothing only after an order is placed. That way we don't create waste from unsold pieces, because the sustainability of our production is essential to us. We sew only what someone really needs, not piles of clothing that end up in landfills. Yes, our customers have to wait a little for their quality clothing, 21 days at most, but we usually surprise them with earlier delivery. Anyone who needs the goods sooner can add express production to their order and will receive their piece within 3 - 7 days.

What is the minimum quantity for a club order?

We have no minimum order quantities. We sew from a single piece.

Can you handle sponsor logos, player names and numbers?

Yes, including placement according to competition rules. We need your logos in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) — if you only have an image, we can redraw it. Redrawing a logo or designing a new one costs €30. We will then email you the logo in curves and it becomes your exclusive property.

How long does delivery take?

Goods we have in stock are shipped immediately, at the latest on the next working day after we receive the order. Goods made to order are delivered within 21 days of ordering. If you need them sooner, you can add express production with delivery within 3 - 7 days directly to your order on the product page, for a fee of €10.

How much does shipping cost?

We deliver goods through reliable courier and delivery services, or with our own driver. Courier to your address - shipping costs €5.60. Delivery within Slovakia takes 1-2 working days after the parcel is collected by the courier. For other EU countries the price is set individually. Delivery time within the EU is 3-6 days after the parcel is collected by the courier. AlzaBox - shipping costs €3.50. Delivery within Slovakia takes 1-2 working days after the parcel is collected by the courier.

Can I return made-to-measure goods?

What if my goods arrive damaged or don't match my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at hypedress@hypedress.sk or on +421 915 402 168, and include your order number and a photo. We will sort it out right away — a mistake on our side is our problem, not yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for goods by cash on delivery, by payment card, or by invoice with bank transfer in advance.

Competition rules “COMPETITION FOR HYPEDRESS SPORTSWEAR”

1. ORGANISER AND PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

The organiser of the competition entitled “COMPETITION FOR HYPEDRESS SPORTSWEAR” (hereinafter the “competition”) is HypeDress s.r.o., Klincová 37/B, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID (IČO): 54589835, registered in the Commercial Register, Section: Sro, Insert No. 161840/B (hereinafter the “organiser”).

The purpose of the competition is to promote the organiser’s activities.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition runs FROM 13.12.2025 09:00 to 13.12.2025 16:00 (hereinafter the “competition period”) by completing the form on the company’s website www.hypedress.eu/sutaz (hereinafter the “website”).

3. COMPETITION CONDITIONS

Participation in the competition is possible provided the conditions defined by these competition rules are met. Only a natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the Slovak Republic (hereinafter the “participant”) may take part, by completing the competition form “COMPETITION FOR HYPEDRESS SPORTSWEAR” on the website and giving consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of handing over the prize, from

13.12.2025 using the online form at www.hypedress.eu/sutaz.

Participation in the competition is not conditional on purchasing products provided by the organiser:

a) Each participant may enter the competition only once during the course of the

competition.

b) If the winner cannot be contacted because the contact details provided are incorrect,

their claim to the prize expires.

c) Persons who do not meet the conditions of participation or who act in breach of the rules

of the competition will not be included in the competition. If it turns out that such a person has nevertheless

become a winner of the competition, e.g. as a result of false information

they provided, they are not entitled to the prize and the prize will not be handed over to them.

Excluded from participation in the competition are all employees of the organiser in an employment relationship with the organiser, persons in a relationship with the organiser other than employment (suppliers), persons working under agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship, and employees temporarily assigned to work for the organiser by another employer or a temporary employment agency (agency workers), including their family members in the direct line, siblings and spouses.

4. COMPETITION PRIZE

A participant who meets the conditions of the competition under Article 3 of these rules will be

entered into the draw for the following prize: a HypeDress softshell jacket

(hereinafter the “prize”).

5. HOW THE WINNER IS SELECTED

The organiser will randomly select 3 winners from the participants who sent the correct answer via this form. Participants will be informed of the time of the draw by an email sent by the organiser to everyone who enters the competition and sends an answer, and also by an announcement on the organiser’s social networks. A participant may win the competition only once during its course.

6. PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND DISTRIBUTION

The winner will be informed of the prize by the organiser via email and social networks.

The prize will be handed over to the winner within 21 calendar days of the announcement of the result – it will be sent by courier to the address based on the contact details entered in the form. If the winner cannot be contacted and does not reply to the email within 2 calendar days of the prize notification, their claim to the prize is forfeited without any compensation.

The winner is not obliged to accept the prize.

The prize cannot be claimed through legal action or exchanged for cash.

The organiser is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided by the winner.

Complaints do not apply to prizes unless otherwise agreed in an individual case.

7. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION

In the event of a breach of these competition rules, the organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without warning.

In the event of any exclusion from the competition, the prize will subsequently be withdrawn from the winner, or they

will have to return the value of the prize handed over or delivered. The organiser’s decision is

final and not subject to any appeal.

8. EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organiser reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without

prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will use this option in particular if the proper course of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. If such early termination is caused by a participant’s behaviour, the organiser may claim compensation for the resulting damage from that person.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By taking part in the competition, the participant agrees to the competition conditions and undertakes to comply with them fully.

Pursuant to Section 12 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, and

pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on amendments to

certain acts, as amended (the “Personal Data Protection Act”),

by taking part in the competition the participant grants the organiser consent to the use and

publication of photographs of the prize handover at the shop on the organiser’s Facebook

page and consent to the processing of the participant’s personal data to the extent of name, surname, correspondence address, email address and telephone number. The organiser collects, processes and uses the following personal data of the participant for the purpose of running and evaluating the competition and for the organiser’s marketing activities related to the competition. The participant acknowledges that the provision of personal data is voluntary and that this consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice delivered to the organiser at the email address: hypedress@hypedress.sk. Participants’ personal data will be deleted at the latest after the end of the competition and the handover of the prize to the winner.

In addition to the consent granted under point 3 of this article, the winner gives the organiser express consent that the organiser may use, free of charge, the name, surname, likeness and other personality rights of the participant – the winner, make portraits and other visual and audio recordings of them, and publish and distribute them in the mass media and in the organiser’s promotional materials.

The winner acknowledges that they are responsible for any tax and contribution obligations

arising from the prize, which they are obliged to settle themselves.

The organiser will inform the winner of the value of the prize in accordance with the applicable law.

Complaints relating to the course of the competition must be sent in writing by email to

hypedress@hypedress.sk no later than 14 days after the reason for the complaint arises.

Complaints sent after this deadline or made by telephone will not be considered.

If any provisions of these competition rules are or become invalid,

the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Invalid provisions will be replaced by an appropriate provision that best corresponds to the meaning of the original invalid provisions.

The competition rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic. These competition rules are available at www.hypedress.eu and are also kept in written form at the organiser’s registered office.
